Corporate Alliances Resources Coordinator

Make-A-Wish Foundation of America – Phoenix, AZ

This position serves as the primary contact for the Foundation’s various hotel programs, Wishes At Sea cruise program and Universal Studios ticket requests. In addition, the individual processes donations of frequent flier miles and hotel loyalty points, submits reservation requests, coordinates travel information, and tracks program-related statistics. The candidate provides program assistance to the corporate alliances team, chapters, and national corporate partners. In addition, the individual prepares training materials and various reports. The position requires two years experience in a service, event planning, or non-profit environment. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality & manage multiple projects under deadline pressure needed. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

Marketing and Corporate Alliances Manager

Make-A-Wish Foundation of America – Phoenix, AZ

This position develops, implements and manages marketing, communications and sponsorship programs to generate revenue and promotional support for the Foundation and its chapters. The individual will serve as project lead on Foundation-wide initiatives which may include the development of customized marketing and campaign materials, creation of presentations, management of department projects, analyzing current programs and preparing various reports. In addition, the candidate will administer local chapter communications and may be responsible for the implementation of national programs and activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, or a relevant combination of education and experience, in corporate fund raising. A minimum of two years experience in fund-raising, sales, marketing or advertising preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills, as well as strong computer skills. The position also requires the ability to travel for job-related duties.
