Biography:
Bonnie is a Heidrick & Struggles partner focused on Board of Director and CEO searches across a wide range of industries. Previously, Bonnie served as president, Americas and corporate officer responsible for all of Heidrick & Struggles’ operations in North and Latin America. She has served in many other leadership roles for the firm including Global Managing Partner, Technology Practice and Managing Partner, North America Quality Council. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Bonnie spent almost 13 years with the IBM Corporation, where she most recently served as Business Unit Executive, Travel & Transportation Industry and Senior Location Executive. Throughout her career, she held a variety of sales, marketing and management roles of increasing responsibility. Bonnie served on the Northeast regional board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Ohio & Kentucky, was appointed to the Foundation’s National Board in January 2005, and has chaired the Governance Committee since 2006. Bonnie has also been active in a number of other organizations including serving as President, Stark County Educational Service Center, Walsh University Board of Advisors, and the National First Ladies’ Library Site Committee. She is also serving on the board of Western Reserve Partners, LLC; JumpStart, Inc., and Red (an orchestra). Bonnie holds a combined bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and was a National Merit Scholar and a Fellow, Diplomatic and Consular Officers, Retired (DACOR). Bonnie and family reside in Cleveland, Ohio.
