Philip J. Lussier

Biography:

Phil is the former chairman and CEO of CitiStreet LLC, one of the largest and most experienced global benefits providers. Phil is also a wish dad; his son was granted a wish in 2001. Among his various duties at CitiStreet, Phil oversaw the large corporate and government defined contribution business. Before joining CitiStreet, he was director of sales and marketing for the Retirement Investment Services division of State Street Global Advisors. Phil has also served as director of sales and marketing for defined contribution services at Putnam Investments. His financial expertise includes global experience as chairman of CitiStreet Australia. He has experience at the Make-A-Wish chapter level as a board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and chair of its Outreach Committee. His additional board experience is with the South Shore YMCA. Phil earned a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University and did graduate work at Boston College. He and his family live in Milton, Massachusetts. Phil was appointed to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America Board in October 2009.
