Marketing Manager & Web Producer

Make-A-Wish Foundation of America – Phoenix, AZ

Marketing Manager and Web Producer. This position develops, implements and manages marketing and communications programs to generate revenue and promotional support for the Foundation and its chapters. The individual will serve as project lead on Foundation-wide initiatives which include the development of marketing materials and campaigns, management of public service campaigns, web site strategies/management, analyzing current programs and preparing various reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, or a relevant combination of education and experience, in marketing, advertising, public relations and web production. Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus. A minimum of two years experience in web production, marketing, advertising or public relations preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills, as well as strong computer skills. The position also requires the ability to travel for job-related duties.

Communications Specialist

Make-A-Wish Foundation of America – Phoenix, AZ

The candidate is responsible for producing national-level written content for the Foundation’s external marketing, branding and outreach efforts, as well as internal communication materials. The individual also provides support for public relations activities, including responding to select media inquiries, writing media materials and assisting with media monitoring. The person also writes briefings for Foundation leadership, Internet content, newsletters and brochures. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, excellent writing skills, strong presentation skills and two years experience in a similar role. The position requires a portfolio of written public relations, corporate communications or journalism materials, as well as strong computer skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under deadline pressure.

Corporate Alliance Manager

Make-A-Wish Foundation of America – Phoenix, AZ

This position is responsible for developing, implementing and managing corporate sponsorships, cause marketing, licensing and/or in-kind partnerships with national corporate clients to secure and retain revenue, and budget-relieving and mission critical in-kind resources, for the Foundation’s national headquarters and local chapters. Negotiates and renews contracts, evaluates proposals & programs, creates educational & marketing collateral, and develops presentations. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or a combination of relevant experience and education. Two+ years national marketing, fund-raising, sales or account management experience preferred. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking & presentation skills. Exceptional customer service skills & account management experience. Frequent travel required.
