Make-A-Wish Foundation

Nationwide, more than 25,000 children are diagnosed each year with a life-threatening illness or medical condition. No parent, child, or family member is ever prepared to face this diagnosis, struggling with complex medical and personal decisions. In the last decade, we experienced unprecedented growth in wish referrals and the number of wishes granted, fulfilling more than 12,600 magical wishes last year alone.

Our vision and commitment is that no child's wish goes unfulfilled. Yet, year after year, more and more seriously-ill children are referred to Make-A-Wish as our awareness grows through the media and the medical community refers more children to the Foundation. We can do no less for the children who embody our mission, or for every child still waiting for their once-in-a-lifetime experience to be realized with our help ... and yours.
