She has over 15 years of experience in the executive search industry and most recently served at the highest levels of government, working at the White House as the Assistant to the President and Director of Presidential Personnel. As the senior personnel advisor to the President, Ms. Wright met with the President regularly to recommend individuals to fill over 5,000 presidential appointments, including Cabinet Secretaries, Ambassadors and other key positions in Cabinet-level departments and U.S. regulatory agencies. Before joining the White House senior staff, Ms. Wright spent almost a decade as a Principal with one of the largest international executive search firms, Heidrick & Struggles. She placed these executives in start-up firms, small and medium-sized public and private firms, major Fortune 100 corporations and leading not-for-profit entities. Prior to her experience in the executive search industry, Liza was an executive recruiter for Capital One Financial Corporation. Liza holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology from James Madison University. She and her husband and their two daughters reside in Great Falls, Virginia.
