After watching “Soul Surfer,” Kendall, 8, drew inspiration from Bethany Hamilton’s focus to overcome the adversity of a shark attack. Kendall is just as determined to beat leukemia. When Make-A-Wish volunteers asked about her one true wish, she wished to go surfing with her Bethany.
