Way to go, Erica. My daughter is soon to get a wish from the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and she's hoping to go to Walt Disney World for her 13th birthday.
I'm so thankful that you got to enjoy your birthday. My little girl is getting ready to go to Walt Disney World for her wish. She had cancer in her kidney and is now in remission and ready to go to Disney to see Tinkerbell.
My daughter, Heather, was diagnosed with leukemia back in May. Her wish was to go to a Disney theme park also. She will be going on her seventh birthday. I hope she enjoys it as much as you!
I am so glad you got to go to Disney World for your birthday. Our son had two heart transplants and spent his 7th birthday at Disney World with Winnie the Pooh. And, Give Kids The World had a special birthday cake and party just for him; that made him feel so very special. I am so happy for you.
