Inspired Thoughts

The simplest wishes can often be the most touching. My little sister has EB as well and I understand fully what a relief it is to have air conditioning.

That is so great that Mel made a child's dream come true. You gave this child something he will never forget, a dream come true!

I think this is a wonderful story! I did not even know about the American Orient Express until I met Brendan and read this story. I also didn't realize what a wonderful, positive difference the Make-A-Wish Foundation makes in the lives of young people. Thank God for the Make-A-Wish Foundation...

I'm very happy for you Erica. My son went to Disney for his ninth birthday and it was great! I hope you enjoyed your trip!!

Hello Alicia, my name is Amanda. When I was 10 I was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor and had a wish granted by Make-A-Wish. I wished for the same thing you did, a hot tub! I just thought that this was cool and wanted you to know. I hope you are doing fine, I'm in remission myself. Good...

Jacob, my name is Amanda and at the age of 10 I was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. I also had a wish granted by Make-A-Wish and I wished for a spa just like you. Cool right? Anyways, I'm better now and I hope you are too. -Amanda

Congrats Alex! Hope you had fun at Disneyland!

Thank you for sharing Jonathan's story. My son is a Make-A-Wish child too. His wish was just granted. To hear that Jonathan is a father of 2 is so awesome. They also have told us our son won't be able to have children of his own. Jonathon's story gives me hope and faith for my son.
