I am also an animal lover, and I am so glad you got your wish. I know how much joy an animal can bring to your life.

You are definitely one of the luckiest 13-year-olds! I am also 13, and your vacation sounded absolutely fantastic. Spending time in Australia on Heron Island must have been a blast.
My niece also went to Australia with the Make-A-Wish Foundation when she was 9 years old. She had a wonderful time visiting all the wonderful places that they have to offer. Sounds like you had as much fun as she did!
