Ryan is diagnosed with cancer. His mother, Wendy, devotes everything to help him get better -- she is so committed that her wedding plans fall to the bottom of her list.

Days before her wedding, Ryan and his mom get the surprise of a lifetime: David Tutera from WE tv's My Fair Wedding stands on their doorstep to plan the wedding of Wendy's dreams. And it's all because of Ryan ... his wish is a tribute to his mother's support and love during the fight of his life.
